G5 Consultancy is a boutique advisory firm founded by five specialists from five continents — brought together by the ESMT Berlin MBA and a shared conviction that the best advice comes from people who have actually done the work.
Different continents, one operating philosophy
We came from Armenia, Italy, India, Turkey, and South Korea — from construction sites in Ghana, R&D labs in Paris, automotive engineering in Berlin, finance desks in Dubai, and AI startups in India. We arrived in Berlin for the same MBA and quickly realized our skills were complementary rather than overlapping.
Most consultancies sell frameworks. We sell operating experience. Every partner has built, managed, or scaled something real — and that is the only kind of advice we give. When a client problem spans finance and engineering and market entry, we don't hand it to one generalist. We put the right two or three partners in the room.
