Shant brings over a decade of experience managing large-scale electrical and construction projects across five countries, with a combined value exceeding $150 million. As a Senior Specialist at Ameriabank CJSC's Branch Setup Division, he led the planning and execution of physical banking infrastructure across Armenia. At Seepacs Engineering in Accra, Ghana, he served as MEP Technical Manager, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for major commercial developments.
At G5, Shant leads the infrastructure and project finance practice, helping energy and construction companies navigate cross-border European projects, build local supply chains, and structure financing for capital-intensive operations. His MEA network gives G5 unique reach for companies expanding between Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
Adriano Pitoni
Founding Partner — Energy Systems, Innovation & Southern European Markets
Adriano is a process optimization consultant with a background that bridges hard science and business transformation. Trained in nanotechnologies and physics engineering at Politecnico di Torino, he went on to lead R&D engineering projects at Hologic in Paris — a global biotech leader — working across France, Finland, and the US. He founded Zetis.SASU, a Paris-based company focused on process and energy optimization for buildings.
At G5, Adriano leads the energy and R&D practice, helping manufacturing, construction, and energy companies optimize their operational processes, prepare for EU energy regulations, and design innovation pipelines. His scientific depth is particularly valuable for companies trying to understand what "innovation" actually means at the operational level — beyond the buzzword.
Pranshul Saxena
Founding Partner — AI, SaaS & Digital Transformation
Pranshul is an entrepreneur and product leader with 5+ years of experience scaling AI and SaaS ventures from zero to enterprise clients. He is the CEO and co-founder of Decrackle Inc, an audio AI infrastructure company targeting European B2B markets with speech enhancement, ASR, and voice agent technology. He is also the Founder and Chief Executive of Kuvaka Tech Private Limited, a bootstrapped technology studio specializing in AI, blockchain, and full-stack development.
At G5, Pranshul leads all digital transformation and AI practice engagements — designing and implementing AI workflow integrations, building go-to-market engines for tech-enabled businesses expanding into Europe, and advising industrial companies on how to translate "AI adoption" into specific, measurable operational changes. His background in building AI products rather than just advising on them is G5's sharpest edge in the digital practice.
Mehmet Kiraz
Founding Partner — Automotive R&D, Autonomous Systems & DACH Markets
Mehmet is a mechanical engineer and autonomous systems specialist with deep roots in Germany's automotive ecosystem. He holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University — one of Europe's leading engineering schools — where he specialized in simulation, robotics, and automotive systems. He then spent years as a Research and Development Engineer at IAV GmbH, one of Germany's most respected automotive engineering firms, followed by a Research Associate role at the Technical University of Berlin.
At G5, Mehmet leads engagements for automotive, manufacturing, and deep-tech clients — particularly those looking to understand or navigate Germany's automotive innovation landscape, find technology partners, or design R&D programs. Taewon Hwang

Taewon is a strategy and analytics professional with a background running finance projects and product planning at two of Asia's most globally recognized corporations. At Hyundai Motor Company in Dubai, he served as Finance Project Manager — managing financial planning, reporting, and cross-border project execution across the Middle East region. At LG Electronics, also in Dubai, he was a Product Planning Manager responsible for translating complex market data into actionable go-to-market and portfolio decisions.
At G5, Taewon leads financial planning, business structuring, and strategy engagements — particularly for companies from South Korea, Japan, and other APAC markets entering Europe, and for European companies looking to access Asian markets.
